4.2 Risk Disclosure

Trading in leveraged financial instruments carries a high degree of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may sustain a total loss of your initial investment and may be required to deposit additional funds to maintain your positions. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial circumstances, investment experience, and risk tolerance.

4.3 Order Execution

We endeavor to execute orders promptly and at the best available price. However, due to market volatility, network latency, and other factors, we cannot guarantee that orders will be executed at the requested price. Slippage, requotes, and partial fills may occur.

4.4 Market Hours

Trading hours vary by instrument. We reserve the right to modify trading hours, suspend trading, or restrict access to certain instruments at any time without prior notice, including during periods of extreme market volatility or force majeure events.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits may be made via bank transfer, bank card, or cryptocurrency transfer, subject to the methods available in your jurisdiction;
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request submission, subject to identity verification and security checks;
• We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable fees are displayed on the withdrawal page;
• Funds must be withdrawn to accounts or wallets held in the same name as your 华润新能源 account.

6. Fees and Charges

Our fee structure includes, but is not limited to:

• Spreads: The difference between the bid and ask price on each instrument;
• Overnight Financing: Swap charges applied to positions held overnight;
• Deposit/Withdrawal Fees: As disclosed on the respective transaction pages;
• Inactivity Fee: Accounts with no trading activity for 90 consecutive days may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee.

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud;
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate the market or our pricing;
• Use automated trading systems, bots, or algorithms without prior written authorization;
• Exploit technical errors, latency, or system vulnerabilities for profit;
• Open multiple accounts or use another person's identity;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim;

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• All open positions may be closed at the prevailing market price;
• Any remaining balance (less outstanding obligations) will be returned to you;
• Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be submitted to the People's Court with jurisdiction over the registered address of 华润新能源控股有限公司 (Nanshan District, Shenzhen), unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
